At least 05 years progressively responsible work experience in the area of participatory programme planning, management, monitoring, and capacity building within a development organisation/NGO. Understanding on capacity assessment and capacity building; skills developing training modules; facilitation and training delivery, training follow-up and impact assessment. Sound knowledge and good understanding on the technical resources/organisations and accessing of such resources available in country. Experience is development and management of participatory ideas and innovation for test out and further extension in the project areas and outside. Experience and ability to work and manage consultants, technical agencies and contracts. A. Responsibility
The National Risk Management Advisor will be responsible for

• Advising the GIZ Country Director and staff on all matters relating to security and risk management.

B. Role / Tasks
The National Risk Management Advisor will:

• Closely cooperate with the International Risk Management Advisor (IRMA) for development of security policies and procedures and deputize in his absence.

• Monitor media (especially Bangla).
• Jointly with the IRMA update the context analysis for Bangladesh and Dhaka on a monthly basis.

• Jointly with the IRMA suggest risk mitigation and security measures for the staff of GIZ in Bangladesh to the country director.

• Conduct site assessment of office premises, project implementation areas and others.
• Carry out incident assessment, elaborate and maintain incident reporting system.
• Initiate further development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) or crisis plans (CPs).
• Jointly with the IRMA update GIZ in BD Security and Risk Management Policies and crisis management standard operation procedures
• Support crisis management and increase preparedness.
• Maintain databases and location mapping.
• Jointly with the IRMA plan and conduct training inputs as well as provide training in Bangla.
• Be responsible for additional duty/tasks assigned by the country director.

C. Desired qualifications, competences and experience
Qualifications

• Masters’ degree (preferably political science / sociology). Diploma / training in risk / security management will be an added advantage.

Professional experience

• 10 years of professional experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience at senior management level, ideally international organization or humanitarian setting will be an asset.

Competences

• Proficient writing and communication skills in English to be able to provide clear,   practical advice at senior management level.
• Strong interpersonal skills, in particular in networking.

**Responsible for brand building & organizing promotional activities.
**Piloting the innovations and creating new indications and expanding markets.
**Providing market analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities.
**Promoting & conveying updated information about the products & collect their feedback`s & submit report to the respective personnel.
**Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement.
**Collection of raw data & conducting Market Survey and preparing reports as per directions of the respective personnel.
**Perform any other assigned task & responsibilities imposed by higher Authority.

                            Job Requirement:

**The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Business Development, Customer Support/Client Service, Market Research
**Age 25to 32 year(s).
**Only males are allowed to apply.
**Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
**Must be a team player with good leadership skill.
**Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines
**Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
**Willingness to tour inside & outside Dhaka frequently.
**Experience in respective area is highly preferable.
