Save the Children invites applications for the following position.
Officer - Training, MaMoni-HSS (1 position based in Dhaka)
(This is a contractual position for 1 year)
Responsibilities:

• This position is mainly responsible to help in training arrangement at centre & district level under the support of OGSB & project.
• S/he will work to ensure the procedures & quality of Training integrity. Responsibilities include, organizing TOT, taking pre-test, post-test & ensure availability of materials, job aids & other BCC materials related to training in the field and provide support to ensure quality in training.

Requirements:

• At least 03 years of relevant working experience, preferably in community based MNCH related work in national and/or international organization.
• Working experience in training conduction, material development are preferable, demonstrable working experience with DGHS and DGFP facilities is preferable.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Diploma in Medical Science or Nursing Science and Midwifery, preferably with MPH.
